March sounds like the return of spring, and that is exactly what awaited the kids at the LEGO Store. This month’s minibuild is a spring tree.
Well, spring tree… Lets say a fun spring tree straight from the Magic Kingdom of UniKitty…
This month, you are certainly waiting for the return of the Walking Dead. But for LEGO, February is the month of the LEGO Movie. So, the Mini Build had to be about the movie.
This black box robot is called a Micro Manager. There are already plenty of those in the boxes related to the movie, and this is certainly the simplest model.
As expected, I received a cancellation notice for the new LEGO Store opening.
This was expected as I wrote in a previous post so it is not a surprise for me. As I feared, LEGO is very late in sending this notice. It was sent the 10th and I received it the 14th, the first day of the expected event.
At least, LEGO do apologize and this is a better communication than the previous delay in September.
I love December because the best day in the year is in December : Christmas. And of course, the December mini build must have been on the theme of Christmas. So the mini build is a nice rocking horse. But wait, it is not just a Christmas toy replica, it is also a nice Christmas tree ornament !
And by the way, we finally know when the LEGO Store at Disney Village will open…
This is November’s mini build from the LEGO Store and this is a nice Lawn Mower.
But this month, it is not just about the mini build. It is also the first anniversary of our store near Paris and of course we are close to Christmas.
For the latest information about the LEGO Store opening in Disneyland Village, see my December mini build post.
Several days ago, I reported the opening date of the next LEGO Store near Paris. That event was announced on the September’s LEGO newsletter. It is very exciting as this is supposed to be the biggest LEGO Store near Paris with a huge Showroom, near the greatest happiness and dream factory in the world.
Unfortunately, that opening is delayed due to an accident on the site.
